You may provide information, text, documents, files, or other materials through Skejuu ("User Content").

You retain ownership of User Content that you own.

By submitting User Content to Skejuu, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services.

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to submit User Content to Skejuu.

You must not submit content that you do not have the right to use or provide.

7. Educational and Operational Information

Skejuu may allow schools and organizations to store or process information relating to their operations.

The organization using Skejuu remains responsible for determining what information it submits and ensuring that its use of the service is appropriate and lawful.

Skejuu is a software service and does not independently determine whether information submitted by a school or organization is accurate, complete, or appropriate.

8. Subscriptions

Some Skejuu features may require a paid subscription.

Subscription plans, pricing, billing periods, and included features will be displayed on the Skejuu website or during the subscription process.

By subscribing to a paid service, you authorize our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, to process applicable charges.

Subscriptions may automatically renew where the applicable plan is described as an auto-renewing subscription.

You will be charged at the beginning of each applicable billing period unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.

9. Payments

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record.

Skejuu does not directly store your complete payment card details.

By making a payment, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge the applicable payment method for the selected service.

Lemon Squeezy's handling of your payment information is described in its privacy policy.

Prices may be displayed in the applicable currency shown during checkout.

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of material price changes.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options provided through Skejuu or your account.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the applicable subscription period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for another reason.

11. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except where:

  • A refund is expressly provided by the applicable subscription terms
  • We choose to issue a refund
  • A refund is required by applicable law
  • A billing error or unauthorized charge requires correction

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@skejuu.com.

12. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

We may occasionally offer free trials, discounts, credits, or other promotional offers.

Additional terms may apply to specific promotions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

If a free trial converts into a paid subscription, the applicable price and renewal terms will be presented before or during signup.

13. Intellectual Property

Skejuu and its underlying technology, software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, documentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Skejuu and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Skejuu may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including payment providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, email providers, and other technology services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

For example, payments may be processed through Lemon Squeezy and analytics may be provided through third-party analytics services.

16. Availability and Changes to the Service

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings.

You may stop using Skejuu at any time.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before terminating access unless immediate action is necessary for security, legal, or other legitimate reasons.

23. Effect of Termination

When your account is terminated or you stop using Skejuu, your right to access the service will end.

Certain provisions of these Terms will continue after termination, including provisions concerning intellectual property, payments and outstanding obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.

Our retention and deletion of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
